At HÅG Office, we want you to be completely satisfied with your ergonomic seating solution. If your chair is not the perfect fit for your workspace, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Product
Disassemble the chair if necessary and place it back into its original packaging, ensuring all components, manuals, and protective materials are included.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a pickup.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned item for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
